1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this site is Hamos Parcare, based at Str. Traian Vuia 122, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, operated by HAMOS PREST SERV SRL, Tax ID (CUI) 46842872, Company Reg. No. J2022005781124. Contact: contact@hamosparcare.ro.

2. What data we collect

During the booking or contact process, we may collect: name, phone number, email, the vehicle's license plate number, as well as details about the date and type of service requested.

When a form is submitted we also log the IP address and the time of submission, strictly for security and abuse prevention (spam, repeated automated submissions). The legal basis is the operator's legitimate interest in protecting its infrastructure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). IP addresses also appear in the web server's technical logs, kept for a maximum of 30 days.

3. Purpose of processing

• Processing and confirming parking bookings;
• Communicating with the customer about booking status;
• Responding to requests submitted through the contact form;
• Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. accounting records, where applicable).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of a contract/service requested by the customer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, on the operator's legitimate interest in responding to requests received.

5. Retention period

Booking and contact data are kept for as long as necessary to provide the service. Documents with financial/accounting relevance (invoices, payment records) are kept for the period required by law (generally 10 years, under Accounting Law no. 82/1991). Contact data with no tax relevance (e.g. messages from the contact form) are deleted within 12 months of the request being resolved, unless there is a legal obligation to keep them longer. IP addresses associated with bookings and messages are automatically anonymised after 12 months; the server's technical logs are rotated and deleted within a maximum of 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and object to processing. To exercise these rights, you can contact us at contact@hamosparcare.ro.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

7. Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies, strictly necessary for the pages to work correctly (for example, remembering form preferences and your chosen language). We don't use analytics, marketing or profiling cookies and don't share data with third parties for advertising purposes; for this reason, a cookie consent banner isn't required. If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, this section will be updated and a consent mechanism will be implemented before they're activated.

8. Data security and providers involved

We take reasonable measures to protect the data we collect against unauthorised access, loss or misuse: encrypted HTTPS connection, password-protected access to the admin panel, minimal database privileges for the public part of the site, and limits on the number of form submissions from the same IP address.

To deliver the site and send confirmation emails, we use providers who may technically process traffic data (IP address): the Cloudflare content delivery and protection service, and the email server through which notifications are sent. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for advertising purposes.
